PREPARATION FOR "SEA Teacher"
Yogyakarta, Indonesia...
I'm so glad because has been given the opportunity for teach in Philippines, how I'm excited can know about culture and education in Philippines. Because that I don't want to uselessly with didn't prepare for my self. Before I went to teaching in Philippines, I'm preparing for my self like a training for microteaching, culture, speak english, and media for learning. And I trained by mentors who came from alumni before batch 6.

I arrived at the ninoy aquino international airport at 5pm and I was picked up with sir gerome, and he brought my very large suitcase, and he was very surprised because I was carrying a very large suitcase. then I went to the CICM hotel in quezon city, and we had dinner at McDonald's and on the way I met sea teacher participants who were going to Indonesia and it turned out that the participants were from Saint Mary's University. After I ate, I went back to the hotel to rest because the next day I will go to Bayombong and then the sea teacher who will go to Indonesia approach me and my friends in our bedroom, then we talk about culture, education, food, etc. in Indonesia and in the Philippines. then we take pictures together and I am very happy to know them because I have new friends.

The next morning we go to bayombong, and from quezon city to bayombong it takes 8 hours by minibus, and we arrived at Inang Maria Dormitory, and Ma'am Theresa Tayaban as coordinator of SEA Teacher project at Saint Mary's University warmly welcomes us. Then we prepared to go to campus to meet with the high school president after that we were invited to have dinner together at the famous restaurant, Mrs. Baker's.
WEEK 1
OBSERVATION
Hi Ma'am Vee!!
The first week, I woke up at half past six in the morning then I prayed and then got ready to go to school. then I met with my teacher coordinator. she was named Marites Vilma F. Sanchez and I called her Ma'am Vee. She explained how to make learning plans and what material I would teach for next week, then she told the classes that I would teach when teaching practicum. I will teach biology, even though my major is chemistry education, but I can still teach in biology, because chemistry and biology are interrelated.

I teach biology for 12th grade senior high school, the classes I teach are STEM 12 A, STEM 12 B, STEM 12 I, STEM 12 H, STEM 12 K, and STEM 12 L. and this week I observed STEM 12 I class, I saw how the situation in this class, and how the learning in this school, I saw students in this class were very active, and the learning activities often discussed, class after class I had observed and I was very happy to have a teacher coordinator she is very friendly and always supports me so i am always passionate, and i met students at Saint Mary's University High School, they are very kind, polite, active, smart, diligent, and always make me laugh.
WEEK 2
TEACHING PRACTICUM
The second week was teaching practice, I taught biology, and this teaching experience was the first time in my life, before I had never done this in Indonesia. In the practical teaching, sea teacher participants are required to teach 20 hours a week, and sea teacher participants must do the final demonstration. Before I taught I had to prepare the learning plan first, then I gave my learning plan that I had made to ma'am vee then she checked my learning plan, and the chapter I had to teach was Cell and the material I would teach was a microscope and cell .

I teach 6 classes, in 12th grade high school, I teach by giving videos as an introduction to the material that I will teach, they really enjoy the video and I ask them about the video that I show, and I divide it into 8 groups, then I share them paper containing microscopes and they will do jigsaw games, they really enjoy, and I explain the material with the presentation. after teaching practice I carried out the final demonstration. and finally I teach 20 hours a week.
WEEK 3

This third week I did not have much activity because I had done the final demonstration, I just went to school to meet with my teacher coordinator and my students and take pictures with them. and Saint Mary's University holds international students, and there are exchange students from Japan, Turkey and Germany, and from each country introducing the culture of each country. We show dances and Indonesian cultural songs
